Among them, solid-state lithium-ion batteries have an energy density of 240Wh/kg, a cycle life of over 2000, and are capable of mass production; Solid state lithium metal batteries have a mass and energy density of 360 Wh/kg, all of which have passed national standard tests such as acupuncture, extrusion, heating, short circuit, overcharging, etc., providing stronger safety.
Solid electrolyte materials include solid electrolyte powders and solid electrolyte sheets. The ion conductivity indicators of oxide and sulfide powders have reached the industry's first-class level; Dense solid electrolyte sheets are fireproof and waterproof, with flexibility and customizable specifications. Both have achieved large-scale mass production.
Battery
Ganfeng Lithium Battery Exhibition Power Battery includes battery cells, modules, and systems.
Battery cells are divided into two categories: soft pack cells and square aluminum shell cells, covering capacities of 16Ah, 20Ah, 30Ah, 50Ah, 60Ah, 86Ah, 206Ah, 228Ah, 277Ah, 302Ah, etc. They can be used in industrial vehicles, two wheeled vehicles, ships, rail transit, and other fields.
Energy storage
The energy storage section exhibits also include three parts: battery cells, modules, and systems.
The electric core of the energy storage system is sourced from Ganfeng's own production, with a traceable supply chain and more controllable production. The variety of battery cells is complete, and various parameters and sizes can be selected, suitable for scenarios such as power generation side, grid side, and user side.
The energy storage section has rich project experience and has undertaken multiple projects such as the State Grid Xuji Group's grid side project, the Guangzhou 500kW/1.85MWh user side commercial energy storage project, and the Dongguan 1MW/3MWh user side commercial energy storage project, providing customized solutions for users.
Lithium polymer small battery
Lithium polymer small batteries mainly showcase TWS button batteries, cylindrical batteries, square batteries, 18650 modules, and other products, suitable for end consumer products such as TWS earphones, e-cigarettes, TWS charging boxes, and intelligent robots.
Among them, the Ganfeng buckle series is fully advanced in research and development technology, with anti electromagnetic design, innovative soft packaging technology, and support for shape customization. It has advantages such as pure sound quality, safe use, and improved space utilization. Consumer batteries
3C battery exhibits mainly focus on notebook batteries, mobile phone batteries, and tablet batteries.
The 3C series products adopt advanced chemical systems and have a cycle life of over 1000 cycles; It has high energy density and excellent high-temperature storage performance, taking into account the fast charging function of 2C, 3C, and 10C, and comprehensively relieving battery anxiety.
In order to improve the safety of batteries, 3C series products start with the safety of materials, formulas and structures, supplemented by highly automated and information-based production lines, and strictly control each product through short circuit, thermal shock, vibration and other tests.
Ganfeng Lithium Battery's business is distributed in Xinyu, Jiangxi, Dongguan, Guangdong, Ningbo, Zhejiang, Suzhou, Jiangsu, and other places. The research and development and production base for high-end polymer lithium batteries in Huizhou is also under preparation and construction.
